- What is the setup of your QA team?
- What is the ratio of Test vs Developer
- Do you have the system layer test? Do you have the non function test layer?
- How do you divide the train, do you have plat form team, and do they have their own train?
- Any support work in the team`
- What is the good part, and what is the bad part
- How long does the team learn how to do PI planning.

BDD:
- In which level do you apply the BDD, how do you use it in integration level?
- who responsible for design and implemented BDD?
Agile:
- What is your product, do you have technical(platform) team, how do you make them work in the agile framework.
- Special list can swap among the teams in PI planning meeting.
- My consider the system thinking, make sure the dependency
- Get the system team first, better in place as early as possible.
- Make the priority is difficulty at beginning.
- each team get 7 minutes to present when they plan to do in next PI.
- Give the confidence of PI planning, when the confidence is different need to discuss.
- Draw a Dependency board to list all the dependencies in the train.
- Scurm masters meeting to discuss the depenciess.
Stauts
- 8 weeks PI planning
- 150 DEV
- 5 QA lead act as TM.
- QA lead coordinate with test professionals in test team to make the integration test happen.
- Test Analyst and Test engineers in each team but most team use developer as test engineers.
- 20 teams in one train
- In one PI, there is 3 normal Scrum, and 1 innovation sprint.
- 2 hours for all teams to demo their works at end of each PI.
