Mind of Bigyellow

To be honest, I do not like the winter here, not because of its cold, but its dark. I can not recall when is the last time I saw the sun. I really miss it..

Today I tried to book the world cup ticket again. I failed at the first round sale in last April. Hopefully I can succeed this time, and I can plan next summer from now on......WISH GOD BLESS ME!

Finally, I finished my schedule in time (just 5 mins before starting my vacation), now I can have small break and recharge myself. I love it.

Autumn........

The leaves became red and yellow, the scenery is beautiful.

Leaves became yellow. Weather is cool. The first day after autumn equinox, autumn has came.

I am so exhausted, the work is toooo busy, and it will last for at least another week. Today, after I finished my Finnish course, when I passed through Stockman, some Finnish young people,(poika ja tyttö)，took off their clothes and make them in a stright line to celebrate their holiday, who knows. I donated some coins to the red cross to celebrate :)

Recently, our milestone data is coming. All of us are very busy. I have continuously overtime work for last two weeks, and surely next week. I shot the photo at Turia when I came home today. it was about 9:45pm. The weather is cold now, only 3 +C this morning. Winter is coming.

Yesterday, I played football on grass field, which is my first time played football on grass filed after I came to Finland. Although it is not a netrual, but very flat. We got a lof fun after 90 mins match with defeated our opponent 5 :0. :)

Today I wore my thick jacket, still felt a little cool. The short summer is leaving, and the long long autumn and winter is stepping up.

Yesterday, the Stockman started their "Shang Hai week". Some Chinese theme are set in the hall. Very interesting. A bad thing is the petrol price is fucking high due to the Katrina harrician. Bless all the people who is suffering or sufferer from it.

Today is our division Olympic game and sauna day. We played 60m sprint, long jump, high jump, javelin and hammer. The last three I never played before. I got very low record of course. But apparently got a lot fun. In the evening at home, there are 4 squirrels played in the tree just opposite my window. They looked so cute and happy. It is a pity that I did not catch the such a beautiful moment because of without tripod at first.

Yesterday is our project day, we had an offical relax day. The trip destination is Vuoton Joutsen. Unfurnately, the weather is not that good, raining, even thundering, but that can not affect our funny day. After a short meeting, we went outside. Chatting, lunching. After that, we had a great hike. It is about 6km long, but we crossed the forest. Because the rain day, the road is kindly wet. Mud made the trip more harsh and more fun. At the end of hiking, we take either canoe(pirogue) or boat back to the original place. I choosed the boat, because I just caoned 10 day ago. And I am really rowing in the boat. The feeling of rowing on the lake is quite different with sculling on the canal. The wind made the boat/canoe swing on the lake, and the view are totally different. In canal, I felt silent and peaceful, but on the lake, I felt relax. After the rowing, I tried the Finnish smoking sauna. Unfortunately the smoke was not full in the sauna house when I came in. I talked to my boss today about that I want to transfer to Helsinki in the future days. Well, I do not know the result and when I can move to Helsinki. I will discuss it with my new manager after my task in current project. Maybe I am getting old, I am much more lazy than previous years. I fear to do the correct way: moving to Helsinki. I clearly know this is the better way. The atmosphere and work environment etc. Maybe I had lived in such a small place for a long time, I lost my ambition, I am lazy, not want to leaving the cozy place. It is harmful. Suddenly I know I should read the book "Who move my cheese", I should do some new changes, NOT simply "enjoy" the leisure life. I should go outside the darkness of Oulu.

A sunny Saturday, and good wedding day. I saw a lot of new couples. One of my colleague held her wedding today as well. Bless :)

Last weekend, I went back to Copenhagen and had a very leisure weekend. We rowed canoe in the canal, and had a barbecue. Firstly, we transported the canoe from dormitory to the nearest canal with two wheels. The negitive part is some obstacles divide the whole canal to four part, we had to hand push the canoe from one to another. Anyway, the rowing was very wonderful, the whether was perfert, the canal view is beautiful, and babecure was delicious!! What a lovely weekend!!

Thursday, I went to Helsinki for a seminar. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to watch th e IAAF Championship which was holding in Helsinki. Before my back flight, Ari guided me a quick tour for Helsinki. We walked in the market place, saw the white church and a hurbor. I took a photo, but for some reason, it was not saved in my mobile phone. What a pity. Friday is a busy working day, a lot stuff was accumualted because of my off-work last day.

Today I almost lost my wallet. The kind bus driver found it and gave it back to me when I went to bus again. Kittos. I supposed to the beach to watch the valleyball, but the wallet accident ruin it. The post photo is shot yesterday, on my way to science center.

Today I went to Oulu science center with Fei, Lin and Meng. Unfortunately, there is not free to visitors on Friday as Fei thought. We were kindly asked out. //shy.

I carried my 3G phone back from Denmark. Althought it is a out of date mobilephone. Anyway I can shoot photo at anytime to record something happens in my life.There is a sample, I shot it after I was off duty, and waiting bus at bus station.

First weekend after coming back from Denmark. Very peaceful, and too peaceful. I made some food referring to the recipe. I shot the photo from my window. In the following day, I will continue shot pictures from the same place to record the change of season here.

Today, on my way home, I met a colleague of Nokia, who is a naive Englishman and has been lived in Finland for eight years. He said he would spend his rest of life in Finland, although he has lived in England for above 40 years and can not speak Finnish now. :). The reason is he think if a Finnish become your friend, he will be your true friend in your rest life. I agreed with this, Finns and other people from Scandinavia
